HerShift is a corporate wellbeing and leadership program designed to support employees with female bodies as they navigate the transition of Perimenopause and menopause, a critical yet often overlooked phase of professional and personal life.
Led by leadership coach Rana in collaboration with scientist and women’s health expert Setareh, HerShift blends cutting-edge research, actionable lifestyle strategies, and community-building into a program designed for lasting impact.
Through a full-day workshop, expert-led follow-up sessions, and peer-driven community circles within the organization, the program creates a ripple effect: empowering individuals while strengthening workplace culture, leadership pipelines, and gender inclusion efforts.
